How long until I receive my graphics?
Orders are normally dispatched within 28 working days. If there is any change to this we will inform you by email.

Can I fit the graphics myself?
Some items are more complicated to fit than others. We recommend that you have them professionally installed. Sign My Ride offers a full fitting service (please see the fitting page of the online shop for details). Fitting instructions are provided with all orders. Replacements will not be offered for mistakes resulting from self-installation. Sign My Ride is not responsible for faulty installation by other professional installers.

Do the bonnet and boot stripes require trimming?
Yes. Some minor finish trimming will be required to ensure a seamless appearance.

What happens if I want to remove the graphics?
\In the unlikely event you want to remove the graphics from your car, they can be taken off by applying gentle heat such as a hairdryer. Methylated spirits can be used to remove any excess glue. The bodywork will then require polishing. Sign My Ride is not responsible for any damage incurred by removal of graphics.

I would like a colour that is not listed, what can I do?
Other colours of vinyl can be ordered although this may on occasion incur extra cost. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote or check out our new colour chart.

I want a custom graphic, is this possible?
Please do not hesitate to contact us with your requirements for a quote.

I would like some graphics for a club or organisation is this possible?
Yes. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do you do work for trade/commercial vehicles?
Yes. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer a warranty?

Although the material is rated to last 7-9 years, we do not warranty the decals.

Do you offer payment options other than Paypal?
We accept postal orders and personal cheques. Orders will be shipped once the funds have cleared. Please email us for mailing instructions.

Our Terms and Conditions
Refunds will only be made in the following situations:
1. The goods are faulty or of a sub-standard quality
2. You send notice of cancellation of your order within two working days of receipt of goods and return the item(s) undamaged.
In either case all money will be returned within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.
If the goods are faulty or of sub-standard quality we must be notified within 5 days. In this situation all postage and packaging costs will be covered us.
If situation 2 (above) applies the customer must cover all postage and packaging costs.
3. We do not take back any Goods if you have changed your mind see as stated in 2. we need notice
4. If the product you orded is incorrect to your order we will refund but if you order a custom colour or stripes and you do not give us enough instructions on how you would like it making we cannot give a refund
5.We cannot refund any item that has been used or damaged
6. We cannot refund any postage costs please email us before order
so we can amend the costs for you
7. All the products on our website are not factory mini products they are designed and made by our self and if they are to replace origanal graphics please state on payment or please email before ordering


6.FITTING SERVICE
We offer a fitting service to all our customers. Once the graphics have been fitted and inspected to the customers satisfaction and the vehicle has left our premises. We will not be able to offer a refund
as the graphics may have been altered or damaged after leaving our premises.

Will you ship internationally?
Yes. Simply email us your address and the product you are interested in buying and we will provide a quote for shipping. Orders will not be accepted from overseas without prior notice.
